Solution Engineer

Position Overview: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requirements in computing infrastructure business, responsible for requirements analysis, solution design and proposal writing, and tender documentation and support, acting as a bridge between sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements Analysis: Accompany sales representatives on customer visits, gather and analyze customer requirements related to computing infrastructure, cloud services, and IT infrastructure, and produce requirements lists with preliminary feasibility assessments. 2. Solution Development: Develop technical proposals, configuration specifications, and presentation PPTs based on the company's computing infrastructure products and resource pools. 3. Tender Support: Prepare technical sections of tender documents, complete compliance and response tables, address technical questions and clarifications, and support the commercial team throughout the bidding process. 4. Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal technical, procurement, and operations teams, as well as external GPU suppliers and IDC providers, to confirm resource feasibility and delivery schedules. 5. Knowledge Management: Maintain and continuously update solution templates, product documentation, and competitor comparison materials.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or a related field. 2. 2–5 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, technical support, or related fields involving IDC, cloud services, or computing infrastructure. 3. Understanding of key technical concepts, including GPU models, servers, networking, storage, and virtualization/cloud platforms. Programming skills are not required. 4. Strong technical documentation
